User Instruction

The primary users are individuals suffering from insomnia or irregular sleep patterns who seek a tangible and healthy way to manage their rest. NUIT specifically caters to users who wish to "unplug" from digital devices before bed and those who value highly personalized, actionable guidance derived from their specific sleep environment data.

Concept

Brief Description

A screen-free IoT system that monitors sleep quality via sensors and provides personalized, physical health advice through a thermal printer.

Core

Zero Blue Light: Replaces apps with physical printouts to eliminate pre-bed digital interference.
Smart Circulatory System: Focuses on daytime adjustments (diet, light, exercise) to improve nighttime rest.
Tangible Interaction: Converts complex sleep data into simple, actionable physical reports.
